Video with 4 steps to overcome your addiction
It is possible to overcome your addiction with the MIR-Method. It takes a long time and you need to be really kind to yourself. Take your time to slowly but surely let go of your addiction. Don’t force yourself! Just let your body and subconscious tell you when the time is there.
– Cigarettes will start to taste less.
– You will start to forget having another cigarette.
– The food you often eat in large quantities will become less.
– Alcohol will work stronger and you will feel numb much quicker. Therefore you will need less alcohol to reach the same state of numbness.
– The deep inner feelings that keep your addiction going will soften.
– The addiction will fade out naturally.
How can the MIR-Method do this? It is all about you taking the step towards a life without the addiction. Once you give it a try, you really have a good chance! That is because the MIR-Method helps you to let go of old issues that keep your addiction going!
Video ‘Overcoming Your Addiction with the MIR-Method’
In this video I explain the 4 reasons why the MIR-Method can really help you!
1. Admitting that you ARE addicted is half the work!
2. You detox the chemicals that actually keep you addicted, so you will have a fair chance.
3. Your feelings of guilt will go.
4. You will no longer feel group pressure.
Go for it! Just do the MIR-Method 2x a day. Add your addiction as step 0 and just keep on doing the MIR-Method for at least 4 months. You can do this!
Example of step 0: ‘Release smoking addiction’.
Good luck!

Do I say “Release Alcohol addiction.” Instead of just say “Alcohol addiction”. I want to release it…..;
Dear Linda,
Yes, you can add the word ‘release’ of that feels better. For sure!

Dear Hearts saver. My society help failed. I got an obstructive lungdisease that the states community and the community would only treat with CYNICISM . And i saw i needed Peace in my heart with good help but the State of Denmark, even my doctor failed to stand by my side.
I feel so sorry for them..
But for you that in reality releases the help with MIR-Method i give you and me gently heartfelt hope for the whole population on eath to get help for free.
Dear Maria,
How hard it is when you are not believed and supported by your doctors. I am very sorry for you. Yes, my wish is that the MIR-Method can support anyone worldwide for free, as I think all medical care should be free. Maybe then governments wouldn’t allow so many non-nnutritional food and bad chemicals into our societies. Thank you for sharing! Hope your health may increase!

My eyes water when I stroke my hand. I can’t cry but my eyes stream tears and my sinuses start to clear and flow mucus just from stroking my hand and saying the 9 steps.
What is my real addiction, ??? Selfishness, nastiness, depression thoughts. Unkindness. Meanness all stopping my hapoiness. Its not cigarettes or material based actions, its my nasty thoughts. I forget to do the MIR-Method, then an email comes and I stroke again. And my eyes syte again. My vile thoughts are very destructive and frighten me.that is my addiction. What I don’t understand is why does the MIR-Method not hold me enough to get rid of this. I have started and stopped it so many times, its my neglect that I stop or fade out, my doing / fault.
Dear Nina,
Very often it takes longer than 4 weeks to get rid of negative thoughts. And really becoming in touch with yourself may take longer, since it has been wiped out so often and so intensely. Try to put up the 9 steps in several places so you are reminded of it. And see if you can do something kind for yourself. An act of kindness can also increase the love for yourself and get rid of negativity.
Wishing you all the best and a lighter life!

Hi Mireille,
Thank you for this video/blog post. I have struggled with overcoming many different addictions for many years now and I’ve successfully quit many destructive behaviours over the years. The message in the video is very kind, encouraging, and practical. I especially appreciated your advice to be kind, be gentle, and be patient as the addiction slowly releases on it’s own. I’m going to give this a go with the hope it will help me release the addictive behaviour I’ve been experiencing all my life. I know it will take patience, persistence, and endurance. Thank you again for sharing your wisdom and experience with the world Mireille. Please continue sharing your gift. ❤️
Dear William,
Thank you for your kind words! It brings a smile to my face. I am very glad my message came across about being kind to yourself, because erasing an addiction is a tough cookie and you really need to support yourself in that period.
Good luck and let me know how you are doing!

hello Mireille, i just started yesterday (my 46’birthday) the MIR method. A friend of mine told me about it. then i did look at the video and a few times, i started to cry. I was not sad at all, nor before, nor during the video. But it was like the intention coming out of the words was directly reaching my body and soul. Then i felt a great relief. I want to tank you from deep in my heart for sharing this beautifull way of Healing people and the earth. Françoise
Dear Françoise,
Thank you for being so open and sensitive to my messages and my wish for you! I wish for you many more good feelings and hope the MIR-Method brings you much good!
