Autism is, of course, not a health problem. However, having autism can cause problems that might possibly lessen through doing the MIR-Method. Think about ticks, fears or compulsions. Have you noticed that problems associated with autism have improved or even disappeared altogether? That’s great!
We’d like to hear from you about what has improved! Please answer these questions:
1. How long have you done the MIR-Method?
2. How did the MIR-Method help you and what changes did it bring to your life?
At the bottom of this page is a form, which you can use to report your results. By clicking on “End”, you’ll jump to the form.
If you have questions about using the MIR-Method, please look at the page Questions or get in touch with a MIR-Method coach. We don’t answer personal questions on this page.
Dear mam
I completed 4 week MIR method I like to know that what I can continue this
Thanks
Ashok gosar
Dear Ashok,
As long as you feel complaints, just continu the MIR-Method. It is a method that you use AT LEAST 4 weeks and you can keep on doing as long as you need it. When you notice new physical or emotional imbalance, you can always pick it up again. Many chronical complaints take at least 4 months to heal.
Good luck!
Greetings, Mireille Mettes
Wow Mireille, what wonderful posts each week. Have been doing the MIR-Method for 9 weeks now and the transformation astounds me. For 4 years now, I’ve known that I am autistic, which was a relief; that explains why I was bullies (my whole childhood), that’s why I was different, that’s why I didn’t understand things, that’s why……….etc., etc. Experienced many traumas, also in my life in a paranoid/schizophrenic family and suicide attempt at 12 years old. A horrible life, but have been determined to find healing for myself. I’ve finally found that! I was already happy with my 5 nearly adult children but what joy I am now experiencing through the MIR-Method! My traumas seem to be melting away; I love the world and myself. Suddenly, I see the beauty in the whole world and in everyone. I sing my own “crazy” songs now every day, am an inspiration for others in spite of my being a “recluse”. That’s really cool! Because of my enthusiasm, I started 4 weeks ago with my dog, Dottie, and long-distance MIR-Method with permission from an English friend in Spain who has health issues. And with loving himself. Both Dottie seems to be happier and Dave is more positive and suffers less pain. Amazing! Since then, have recommended the MIR-Method in Spain and to Swiss and English friends. These friends are from a period of coping during the past 50 years. They are my most important teachers, because I never would have gone through all that if I had known sooner that I have autism. NOW I don’t have to just cope and can accept and love the “wonderful” person that I am — we are all that wonderful person — and always was since I came to earth. Even my autism seems to be doing better. Understand more, see more than just my own world, am more sociable and less focuses on trivialities such as “time is time”, “an agreement is an agreement”, wanting to know everything beforehand, etc., etc., etc.
Thank you, Mireille, and helpers. A very grateful Jeanine and 5 grateful kids, who see their mother flourishing more and more and love me unconditionally. What a wealthy person I am!!
Hello Mireille,
I read about the MIR-Method last week, and started doing it immediately.
My problems are: ADD, nasal polyps (with sinusitis that took forever to go away), sometimes depressed, HSP (high sensitivity).
THE FOLLOWING HAS IMPROVED:
*BETTER bowel movements
*Increasingly less trouble with nose problems
*my body is now disposing of a lot of waste products; dirty tongue, etc.
Every day things are a bit better. I am glad that the nose problems are also decreasing.
I am able to do more without thinking about it all the time.
I now dream sometimes about how I can solve things; very funny.
I am sometimes nauseated now. I drink a lot of water.
My primary care physician has lowered the prescriptions for anti-depressants.
I will certainly continue doing the MIR-Method for 2 weeks; otherwise it will become too much for me.
Dear Mireille,
I am a 21-year old man with an autism disorder. I often experience psychologically difficult moments and times. I am also severely overweight and have wanted help with this for some time.
My mother recommended the MIR-Method to me. At first, I was a little reluctant, but after watching your instruction video part 1, I really thought… Yes, maybe I can do something with this.
Just did the 9 steps. While saying the last step out loud, I got a strange feeling in my arms. When I wanted to get up, I felt a really strange sensation at my solar plexus, a kind of energetic tingling, and immediately felt more cheerful and excited.
A short time later I got a nice, warm feeling in my stomach around the solar plexus. I became very calm though this… As if a warm hearth burned inside, which made me calm and warmed me.
Starting tomorrow, I’m going to do the MIR-Method twice a day, every day. And see if I feel even better after 4 weeks. I’ll let you know about that. Thanks!
Dear Walter,
Thank you for trying the MIR-Method! It’s fantastic to hear how your body immediately reacted. I hope to hear more from you and wish you all the luck in the world! Did you know that I have a weakness for people with autism or autism-related disorders? It’s because of the wonderful energy inside of people like you. Wishing you much success and we’d love to hear from you again!
Hearty greetings,
Mireille Mettes
Below is the reaction of someone with Asperger. He did the MIR-Method faithfully, in spite of experiencing a number of physical reactions.
The results after 4×4 weeks of MIR-Method:
– More mental clarity
– More assertive (although not yet optimal)
– Tidier (mentally / physically etc.)
– I communicate more easily
– I can screen other people’s energy better (still room for improvement)
– Possibly taken a step towards living instead of surviving, although this is not yet completely clear.

Been doing the MIR-Method for 2 weeks now. Notice that I’m beginning to feel calmer (have PTSS and ADHD). Fall asleep more quickly and sleep deeper although I don’t feel much more energetic. Maybe subconsciously I do, since I’ve started doing sports again.
A client of mine that did a protocol for Asperger, is experiencing mental progress.
Dear Mireille and interested people,
For the past few weeks I’ve been doing the MIR-Method for my 17-year old son, who has PDD-NOS. He is happier, very relaxed, is doing well in school and is grateful, especially towards me.
And a lot of thanks from me. Hearty greetings, marie-louise
Our grandson, who has ODD, still doesn’t use valerian tablets. He is still faithfully doing the MIR-Method twice a day. He adheres strictly to this. CLEVER, ISN’T HE!!!! Irene.
Hello Mireille,
last December, I asked you if the MIR-Method could also be used on a child with ODD. On Dec. 6th, our grandson, who supposedly has ODD, did both the MIR-Method for children as well as the method for adults. He will turn 8 years old this week. He was also told that he has an old soul, with good results. He attends a school for special education. Used valerian tablets for children. When he started doing the MIR-Method on Dec. 6th, it only got worse the first week. He needed extra tablets. Since Dec. 13th until now, he hasn’t used a single tablet any more. He does the MIR-Method every morning and when he goes to bed on his own initiative. A whole month already WITHOUT valerian tablets. WONDERFUL, isn’t it!!!!
We, Grandpa and Grandma, have also started doing the MIR-Method. My husband is a heart patient, has an ICD (Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator), and arthritic psoriasis. He started out doing numbers 5 and 7 and recently, we both started doing it all together. Things also worsened with him at first. His mouth started to smell very strongly. But after 3 weeks, this is gone. I’m also much calmer now.
