  1. I feel very insecure with poor motivation all through last year of Covid Restrictions. I got so used to being at home I really have to make big effort to get out of house. Fed when I’m outside I feel benefits of nature and God’s earth,fresh air etc. I haven’t done MIR method fr months. I will get back into it as I felt good and uplifted watching your “Self Love ” video. I spend a lot of time looking after and supporting family members, friends etc…. Thank you for MIR method and will start it again..

  3. I watch this video a lot of times and always I feel relax and with peace and harmony,

    When I feel lonely and sad I look for MIR emails. Is like you doing this for me and know how I feel. I should like to express myself better. GOD bless you. please send me emails all the time

    I started with the 2 lines initially as I am very sensitive. I do myself & my aging cat & a rehome dog who was very anxious when I got her. They both now look forward to it every morning ( 2 months) & both have improved in calmness & health. I too, have also felt my sweet tooth for chocolate has decreased significantly since just doing the 2 steps.
    I will start the 9 steps now & let you know how we go Blessings to you Thankyou

  5. Thank you for this wonderful method. It is so easy to use. I have been using it for some time now and It always makes me feel lighter and brighter with a light heart. I love the self love video and I felt that all the pressures of the day have been lifted off me as soon as I had done it. I will do it regularly because if make me feel so uplifted. Thank you for sharing this with us. I will share with all my friends.

  6. I just started the MIR-method 7 days ago and I just watched your video on self-love and I did my evening practice with your video. I really feel warmth in my heart chakra. Although it is too early to tell you how the MIR-Method works for me, I am hopeful and I feel confident that it will be of great help to me with reflux and throat problems and also in clarifying my mission. Thank you for bringing this to us.

  7. hello Mireille, i just watched this video with you a second time. in parts i wanted to cry but by the end i felt a warm glow around my heart chakra! i deeply appreciate your MIR Method. i have been practicing for over a month as i have some immune issues to deal with and want to keep going beyond the 28 days. thank you very much!

      How wonderful that you felt the energy! Yes, this is one of the warmest videos I have made. Will be posting more in future time. In the Netherlands, where the MIR-Method was launched 5 years ago, many people keep on doing the MIR-Method for as long as they want. Many people start to notice more improvement in their health and so it has appeared to me that it is even a good thing to continue it for a long time! Feel free to do so!

  8. I have been doing the MIR method for 2 weeks now and feel much better about myself. Iam calmer and sleeping better and also more clear about what I should and shouldnt do. I noticed I drank a lot of water initially but that has settled down. Thank you so much.

  9. Thank you. This was excellent. I am on my third week of the MIR-Method and this was a helpful video. Learning that we create our own reality is a life long lesson. Changing habits of thought. Accepting this truth takes time, because we are surrounded by others. But once the knowledge is there, it gets easier and starts to make sense.
