At the backside of this little MIR-Method card you will find all nine steps of the MIR-Method plus instructions how to use them.

The cards are made of thick paper and coated. They have the size of a business card, so you can easily take it with you. In this way you will have the 9 steps of the MIR-Method with you wherever you go.

They can be ordered 40 pieces at a time, so that you can spread them around amongst family and friends. Thank you for doing so!
