1. Have you recently had a nose bleed?
People who use the MIR-Method can experience a sudden loss of blood. This loss can be caused by a spontaneous nose bleed, or as many women experience, because menstruation suddenly commences. This is nothing to worry about. When you lose some blood a few times, especially in the first weeks of the MIR-Method, it is because your body is cleansing itself.
Body purging by a nose bleed
Your body wants to lose impurities. Your body does this through your urine, bowel movements and your skin, and by creating a loss of blood. Waste products in your blood will leave your body. Cells release waste products to your blood (carbonic acid, lactic acid, uric acid and ammonia), along with impurities that do not belong in your blood. By losing blood, your body cleanses itself.
Blood refreshment
When you lose blood your body will make new “fresh” blood, so it is a perfect way to cleanse your body. Your body regulates it, as it is needed. During the Middle Ages people let blood: they drew a large amount, which caused the body to produce new blood. This often worked well. Sometimes it didn’t, but oh well, it was the Middle Ages. Nowadays there is a huge volume of excellent medical knowledge and equipment to follow the functioning of your body.
Hemochromatosis
A disease that benefits greatly from loss of blood is the metabolic disorder Hemochromatosis. When a person has Hemochromatosis, the body takes more iron out of food than is necessary. Because the body can’t dispose of the iron it is stored in the organs, mostly the liver. The iron accumulates there. The liver cannot process this large amount of iron, which causes symptoms like exhaustion, joint pain, weight loss and stomachache. The complaints differ from person to person and also depend on how far the disease has progressed.
Worth a try
The treatment that is necessary with Hemochromatosis is to let blood so that it can refresh itself. We have not yet heard that the MIR-Method has helped with this disease, but it is worth a try. I know that this is a hereditary disease with horrible consequences. Because I’m convinced of the body’s ability to heal itself, I have hope that the MIR-Method will bring some relief, even if it’s just to ease some of the symptoms. That would already improve things so much for people who have this disease!
By the way, do not instantly conclude that you have Hemochromatosis! This disease is hereditary, so you already would have known about it if it runs in your family.
So, in short, having a nose bleed or having blood loss from menstruation can actually be healthy!
I wish you wonderful health!

I have and it happens occasionally. I never considered the possibilities of your technique. I thought it was from my drug and alcohol abuse. I recently had my 20 anniversary for sobriety. Thank you for your continued education. I’ve always been amazed by you and your growing system that really works. I’ve been passing out your cards to people I think will benefit from it.

I’m just starting on day 4. Looking forward to my healing.
I love the MIR method and return to it again and again. When I have physical health issues, emotional issues or when life gets insane. I credit this method with helping to keep me on track. Thank you for developing it. I am so grateful.
Hi, I did MIR for two weeks, then stopped because I thought that was how to do it. Should it be a continuous practice? I really noticed positive changes in my ability to manage stress and became much happier……thank you ☺
Dear Tracy,
Yes, preferrable continue the MIR-Method for 4 weeks. If you stop in between, no problem. You can always start it again. If you still have complaints after four weeks, then just continue using it.
Good luck!

I am on day 13 and have not experienced any nosebleeds, although my nose does need blowing every morning. I really haven’t felt many ill effects, but have noticed a general well feeling, except in my stomach area, especially starting last night. Overall, I feel myself becoming calmer, not having things upset me like they used to. I hope THAT continues. O:) Thank you for sharing this, and especially thanks to my wonderful friend who introduced me to it!
Dear Donna,
Yes, I am also grateful for yor friend! It is so great how many people are willing to pass the MIR-Method on to others! What you describe looks like your inner safety and inner confidence is growing. Great! Happy for you! And yes, nose bleeds CAN occur, but don’t have to.
Wishing you growing health!

Great delivery. Solid arguments. Keep up the amazing spirit.
Within one week of starting the MIR method, I was a bit cranky, emotional, started menstruating (over a week earlier than normal). In the second week I was tired, I had symptoms of a head cold followed by a migraine headache. Into week 3 I am feeling better with a greater sense of clarity, more energy and very excited about where this is taking me…stay tuned!!
Dear Julie,
Wonderful to hear! I wish you lots of good luck and that your new energy may stay with you!

I have just finished 2 weeks 5&7 and then 4 weeks all 9 steps. I haven’t had any ill effects only good ones. For a few years I have had high blood pressure, kept under control with medication. But from december it has been too high again, untill MIR-Method now it is back to normal again. I also feel better about myself in general, so a big thank you for sharing this method with me. David.
Dear David,
Thank you so much for letting me know! I am thrilled to read what effect it has on you and am really happy for you! Maybe this will bring good hope for many more people with high blood pressure. Could you maybe post your results at our testimonials page? Thank you!

Bowel movements is a very good thing, by the way. There will be a few articles about that in the coming weeks.

True. I was puzzled when my nose bleeded suddenly when I was having a face wash. I reported to my Physician who in turn also referred me to an ENT specialist to find any cause. ENT specialist gave a clear opinion that bleeding has nothing to do with ENT. I went back to my physician with the report. Finally Physician advised me to go for a scan if it bleeds once AGAIN. Now it is 7 months since my nose bleeded. I was in suspense and puzzled till I read your above news letter giving the cause of bleeding. Thank you very much for your letter which has relieved me of suspense & tension.
Dear ‘Swamy’,
So glad to read that this article helped you! Hope the MIR-Method will bring you much good!
