    • Dear Kavita

  2. Hello 🙂

I practiced MIR-Method year, or two ago, but never finished full cycle, had not enough discipline.. Then after some time i did it again, started with steps 5 and 7. Same thing hapend, didn’t finish. My question is do i need every time i begin start with 5 and 7 step? Do i harm myself by unfinishing full 4 weeks cycle?

    • Dear Ceca,
You’re doing fine. No worries about letting go of the MIR-Method. There are several reasons for it. The most common one is that you subconsciously are worried about your growth. It is a bit like sabotage. But the main reason is that you are afraid of your strength, of who you are in potential. That when you grow, you will become visible and are afraid of what people will think of you. Not to worry, everything evolves in the speed in which you want to. That is why you sometimes stop using the MIR-Method. Which is fine. You allow yourself to grow gradually.
And yes, please use all 9 steps. Do not go back to only step 5 and 7. After two weeks they have done their job and need to be supported by the other steps. So please, if you pick up the MIR-Method again, do all 9 steps.
Greetings and good luck! Mireille Mettes
