I have been doing the MIR-Method for 2 months and now my nails look so much better and since 2001, after a spinal injection for a hip surgery, I had numb fingers and tried all sorts of things, including alternative (homeopathy), but now it is gone. Now my haemorrhoids (piles) are gone too.
