I’ve been doing the 9 steps for 5 weeks. I had an infection in my gums and this has almost disappeared without using anything.
I have the idea that I’m less tired. Mentally, a change is also taking place. Sometimes, I have to cry, and then feelings of inferiority appear. But these go away again and usually I feel much better afterwards. I’m doing the MIR-Method now for my son as well. I’ve begun with steps 5 and 7. Can I continue with it for a while for myself? I have the feeling that I need it for a while longer.

I’ve been doing the MIR-Method for a while now and notice that I no longer lie at night with locked jaws… and that means a lot less pain!
Since I’ve been doing the MIR-Method, I’ve noticed that there are fewer deposits on my teeth. They are cleaner and remain cleaner.

I had to have a Protocol made because of periodontitis. I have written a short report about this for the website because the first results are in and I am very pleased!!
Three weeks ago, I went to see a dental hygienist at my dentist’s advice. During her examination, it became clear that, especially in the back near my wisdom teeth, there were 0,4 inches pockets and also severe infections. It would be best to remove my wisdom teeth. The situation was bad enough that she wanted to send me to the periodontist to open it all up and clean it out. During the introductory appointment, I told her about what I was doing and she was positive about it. That’s why I suggested that I first work with a Personal MIR-Method Protocol and that she would remove tartar during the next appointment. She agreed to this and we also agreed to give this process a year’s time. During the next appointment, she would start by cleaning my teeth. She gave me some instructions for brushing and I went home. The following day, I made a Personal Protocol for myself. After a few days, I had a bad taste in my mouth, which quickly disappeared and I was tired for one day for which there was no explanation.
Today was the appointment with the dental hygienist. She had reserved one and a half hours but I was outside again after three quarters of an hour. The treatment was very easy. My gums had settled down and the infections had disappeared!!! My gums were also encasing my teeth more thoroughly. She even made the comment while cleaning my teeth that my healthier gums encasing the teeth better made it more difficult for her to do her work!!! She didn’t mention the periodontist and she eventually said that my wisdom teeth might not need to be removed after all (for reasons of dental hygiene). The dental hygienist and I were both enthusiastic about these results. I have to do the protocol for five more weeks. In May, I will return to her for a check-up and to re-measure the pockets. I am really curious about this!!
(And for the first time, I’m not worried about having my teeth done; the treatment was so easy and relaxed!) Marjan
